Legislative District Chairs receive PCO applications in each two-year term. The District organizations introduce the potential, new PCOs and vote on the applications. The signed forms are then sent to the County Chair for final approval and addition to the official list of PCOs.

Appointment of PCOs can start as early as the District re-organization meetings, if the County Chair is available to attend and sign forms. If County Chair is not available and county bylaws allow, the following is applicable:

Congratulations to all of our Democratic candidates and their campaign staffs. Congratulations and thank you to the many volunteers who worked tirelessly for months and months. We are now about to embark on a new future for America and it feels very good.
