Who/What is on the ballot in 2009

We have some very important races happening in 2009 here in King County. The County Executive is up for election, as are five members of the county council and the Sheriff. We will also have a huge number of races in City Councils, Special Districts, Judicial races, and probably some state and local initiatives.

King County Executive

Former King County Executive Ron Sims has been confirmed as the Assistant Secretary of the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Blue Ribbon Panel meets Wednesday, May 13th and the Council will select a new King County Executive on Monday May 18th.
